Frissons by Gaelleing is a free distorted display font with wavering, tube-like letterforms. The uneven contours bend, pinch, and swell as if the alphabet were trembling. Broken joins and open gaps make the shapes look improvised rather than mechanically warped.

Surreal humor and nervous, offbeat imagery make a good setting for the font, especially on experimental music posters, game graphics, and dark event merchandise. In publishing, its restless outlines could turn a magazine cover or illustrated feature into part of the artwork.
