GOAL, designed by Erwin Denissen of High-Logic, is a free cartoon dingbat font built from simplified human figures. Each symbol uses blunt geometric outlines and a blocky torso with a framed letter, producing a playful team of mechanical-looking players.
Children's sports graphics and game interfaces are very different settings, but the repeated uniform bodies make both event posters and merchandise feel like part of the same squad. In magazines, the figures can act as illustrated section markers.
