Afro, designed by Cenz Qobbal, is a free eroded display font whose letters look densely tangled from repeated looping marks. Uneven edges and shifting stroke density give the broad rounded forms a restless, scribbled texture.
For experimental music posters and handmade snack packaging, the rough surface can suggest either noisy performance or hurried labeling sketched on scrap paper, and it also suits festival graphics. On magazine covers and streetwear merchandise, the dense web of looping marks can become part of a larger ink doodle or rough photocopied collage, linking these different settings through the same rough, deliberately unfinished graphic style.
