Baqa by Timothy Gao is a free handwritten display font with broad, softly rounded strokes. Its letters lean and swell unevenly, with blunt endings and playful changes in height. The loose spacing gives each lopsided shape room to register.
It can make a children's title part of the illustration. Toy packaging and event posters also suit its oversized, friendly shapes. The rounded forms echo cartoon artwork, making the font useful for projects built around characters and hand-drawn scenes.
