BPdotsMinus by George Triantafyllakos is a free segmented pixel font built from short rectangular dashes. Its letters follow broad, squared outlines, with open breaks replacing continuous strokes and giving the design the look of a stripped-back electronic readout. The construction is spare and unmistakably digital.
Video game interface headings are its strongest use, since the interrupted grid-like forms resemble status panels, score displays, and low-resolution screen graphics rather than conventional printed lettering. They also fit electronic music covers, technology event posters, and arcade merchandise, especially when a project draws on retro computing, early desktop systems, coded communication, or machine-control imagery.
