Calan by Graham Meade is a free monoline display sans serif with slim, rounded strokes and a distinctly hand-drawn geometric build. Its oversized capitals rise well above the compact lowercase forms, while tight joins and near-circular curves give the lettering a smooth, continuous silhouette.
Illustrations built from simple outlines and looping shapes can echo this construction in album artwork, fashion branding, and event posters. It is especially convincing in a logo, where the towering capitals and closely fitted lowercase letters turn the name itself into a compact graphic.
