Cross Out, created by TattooWoo in 2012, is a free trash-style script font with broad upright letters buried under frantic, overlapping horizontal strokes that vary in weight. Its dense scribbling nearly turns each word into a crossed-out mark.
As a visual role, it can turn a title into part of the artwork rather than ordinary lettering. That makes it useful for punk posters, abrasive album packaging, tattoo shop branding, and underground event graphics built around noise or defiance. In printed editorial spreads for music or counterculture magazines, the repeated strike-through lines can echo censorship, redaction, or deliberate destruction as part of the subject.
