Fragile Decay is a free eroded serif display font with slender, old-fashioned letterforms whose frayed edges and scattered scratches make the strokes look weathered and brittle. The delicate, faded details resemble ink breaking apart on paper.

That worn literary quality suits horror book covers and theatrical posters, but it can also lend antique packaging a convincingly damaged print surface. On music merchandise and Halloween event graphics, the recurring cracks and specks can become part of the surrounding rough artwork.
