Gnome Splinters by Andrew McCluskey is a free modern Gothic display font with towering narrow capitals and a severe cut-paper silhouette. Long verticals are split by blade-like wedges, and the changing stroke widths make the lettering look fractured rather than mechanically uniform.

Music posters are a natural setting for its jagged scale and tense vertical pull.
