Gorillaz1 by Kasper "Coreper" van de Laar of High-Logic is a free hand-painted display font with an unruly, inked silhouette. Its letters are built from swollen brush strokes that pinch into narrow joins, with uneven edges and sudden changes in width. The loose construction feels more like marker lettering than formal type.

That scruffy surface can suit alternative-music posters and skate merchandise, yet its rounded forms also make sense on playful snack packaging and comic-inspired digital graphics. For an independent label or youth-focused product, the lettering can become part of the brand itself, echoing drips, doodles, and rough cartoon artwork rather than acting as neutral text.
