Nervouz Reich Rank, designed by Susan Townsend in 1994, is a free distorted retro display font marked by rough, warped letter shapes and scattered ink-like specks. The broken edges and irregular gaps keep the lettering looking stressed and hand-altered rather than smooth or mechanical.

That raw texture gives it a strong role on band posters, zine covers, album art, and gig flyers, where the distressed surface can carry the mood without extra decoration. It also has enough presence for merch graphics and label art when a rough printed voice is more useful than a plain headline.
