Psygnotic, designed by Rachel Holland and Constance Taylor, is a free decorative serif font with sharply carved, theatrical forms. Broad vertical strokes meet hooked serifs, pinched joins, and sudden blade-like diagonals. Several letters feel almost emblematic.
Its pointed silhouettes echo heraldic crests and cut-paper ornament, making it suited to fantasy game packaging, music posters, and dramatic event branding. In publishing, it could turn a book title or magazine cover line into part of the illustration rather than neutral text.
