Quark Storm Gradient, created in 2013 by Iconian Fonts, is a free futuristic display font with very wide capitals and a forceful, machine-cut silhouette. Dense horizontal stripes run through every letter, opening slim gaps that evoke scan lines and sliced metal without breaking the larger shapes.

It is especially convincing on science-fiction game title screens. The striped treatment also suits electronic music packaging, technology event posters, and arcade merchandise, where the lettering can double as a display graphic or interface motif.
