Riquoth

Riquoth, from Statica Productions, is a free distorted gothic display font with letters that look hacked out of blackletter and left to grow thorns. The sharp, ragged edges and uneven silhouettes give it a feral medieval mood, while the heavy strokes keep the wordshape dense and dark.

It fits posters, album art, horror branding, zines, game title cards, and cover lines where you want that scraped, hostile texture to do the talking. As a free font, it also makes sense for short logos or monograms, since the spiky contours give even a few letters a tense, aggressive presence.
