Sketch Toska, a free eroded decorative display font designed by Galdino Otten in 2013, turns ornate looping letterforms into rough, densely worked ink drawings. Its broad curves, sharp changes in stroke width, and sweeping flourishes carry restless diagonal hatching through the interiors, and uneven edges keep the lettering deliberately raw.
Hand-drawn spectacle and vintage theatrical themes are its natural territory. It suits dramatic music posters, spirits packaging, and themed event graphics with a cabaret or antique-print character. The same scratched ornament links those uses to tattoo-inspired merchandise and richly illustrated editorial covers.
