Spinal T. FanBoy by Chris Hansen of High-Logic.com is a free angular Gothic display font with the jagged force of a heavy-metal band logo. Its letters are tall and sharply cut. Splintered edges, pointed strokes, and a scratched surface give the lettering a handmade, battle-worn finish.

Music merchandise is its natural territory, since the rough cuts and spear-like points echo hand-drawn metal graphics. The same abrasive construction fits concert posters, album covers, and horror game titles. On shirts and stage graphics, the angular letters can become part of a cracked emblem rather than ordinary lettering.
