Spoutnik is a free techno display font with broad, squared capitals and a dense industrial silhouette. Narrow breaks slice through several letters like stencil cuts, and the rough speckled surface gives the otherwise rigid forms a worn, screen-printed finish.

It is especially convincing on science-fiction posters, game title screens, and electronic music packaging, where the heavy geometry suggests machinery and retro hardware. Arcade fans and industrial music audiences are its clearest market.
