Truffle-Shuffle by Tom Ledin is a free outlined cartoon display font built from plump, irregular capitals. Each letter has an open center wrapped in several restless, hand-drawn contours. The doubled and overlapping lines look deliberately scribbled.
A candy shop, toy label, or children's event could use its bouncy shapes to suggest messy, hands-on fun. It also suits comic covers and playful music merchandise, where the oversized forms can act almost like drawn objects. The repeated sketchy outline connects especially well with doodles, stickers, and other marker-style illustration.
